Sales Manager DACH


Omnipack is a full-stack fulfillment provider for eCommerce. Why full-stack? Because we run our own operations and own technology. Every day, we support over 100 companies in delivering Amazon-grade customer experience, regardless of their scale, without investing in logistics. We believe fulfillment for eCommerce is ripe for disruption, as old guard logistics companies do not understand the needs of digital natives. We are already a market leader in CEE, and in the coming years, we will conquer Europe.

Key challenges ahead of you:

  • Analysis of the DACH logistics and eCommerce market
  • Establishing contact and building relationships with potential Omnipack partners 
  • Comprehensive sales service to customers (consulting on products offered, conducting presentations, preparing offers, trade negotiations, orders finalization)
  • Understanding the needs and challenges that our partners face in logistics operations 
  • Co-creation of projects related to building brand awareness and solutions available on the market
  • Having up-to-date knowledge within the competitors' offer and activities
  • Understanding our service and having up-to-date knowledge within our processes and operations 
  • Achieving objectives dedicated to your area 


What are we looking for in candidates:

  • 2+ years of proven experience in the DACH eCommerce or logistics industry, preferably offering fulfillment service for the eCommerce sector
  • 5 years in active and successful client acquisition (B2B clients)
  • Experience in building long-lasting relationships with new clients
  • Autonomy in achieving the objectives, engagement, and willingness to share responsibility for meeting the organization's sales targets
  • Effective communication skills
  • Excellent negotiating skills
  • Fluency in English and German
  • Ability to analyze customer needs 
  • Experience in working with the CRM systems
